It's always a good idea to make time during your workday to get outside for some fresh air and to grab a few rays. Sunshine helps us produce vitamin D, which we need to keep our bodies functioning properly. Twenty minutes a day a few times a week on sunny days will help us to maintain strong bones and teeth. We also need calcium to allow us to move our muscles and for the brain to communicate, through our nerves, with every part of our body, However, if you are going to be outside longer than that, think about applying some sunscreen. Sometimes, too much of a good thing may be harmful.
