It doesn’t seem that hard to me. It’s really not rocket science.
Be kind.
Treat others the way you would like to be, and would expect to be, treated.
Be respectful.
Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Even for just a moment.
Be nice.
Listen. To others and to the words you choose to use, including your internal voice.
BE a bridge.
